Actually the 2.9L (yes, 178 cubic inch) V8 Ferrari's were 235-265hp in America/Europe respectively and the 911 made 200hp from an N/A 3.0L flat 6.

Looks like:

I'd like to see a standard that provides minimum-maximum ratings (what can you tow with all the seats filled with 250 pounders and a box with 2000lbs of cargo?) based on your actual vehicle (including selected options). RVs now include the on-the-road weight after years of playing games claiming curb weights for

When have shift knobs ever been promotional items? Hats, pens, those are often promo items (read: things that are worth pennies). Billet shift knobs are not free give away's.

What a knob...

Just noticed the payload figures look a little off...could those be GVWR instead of payload? 2014 gas and diesel models have max a payload of 3650/3501 respectively.

They were very much in this price bracket before getting greedy and increasing prices 45%

1. I have no doubt Kate listens to Beyonce as a warm up

Isn't that what a GTR is for?

Kinda....the data is skewed because India is RHD...but reality is only a very small percentage of the population of India can afford to own a car (never mind a new Corvette). Once you remove India you're down to less than 16% of the worlds population. Further, of that remaining 16% most are 3rd world nations

I hear what you are saying but with the industry and investors watching the AI F150's launch with such interest sales need to be strong in year one. Ford doesn't want to have any sales slip to '16 that they could have had in '15 as weak numbers will be pounced upon by rivals as a signal Ford made the wrong decision to

The 1 tonne platforms have lasted from '65-'79 and then '80-'99 so I'd expect at least 5 more years before a retool and a new platform. That will give them time to refine the AI process as well.

It could also have the effect of delaying the purchase of a '15 F150 if it was slated for say '16 or '17 which Ford definitely does not need. Sales for the AI F150 need to be strong to reassure share holders it was a smart move.

I see now after looking at the GM website (and assuming the 2014 options are the same) that they're offering 4.10's on the 2500 when Ford requires you to go to the F350 to get anything taller than 3.55's. Interestingly though you can get a Ram 2500 with 4.10's in any trim level. But I guess that's just what you get

It's been stated elsewhere that GM rigged this comparison by under gearing the Dodge and Ford differentials to demonstrate a win for the Silverado/Sierra and that given equal gearing both GM trucks are slower on the flats and up hill than either of their competitors unloaded or towing.

The question that stands out in my mind is: what is the purpose of the hood/grille modifications? If is just aesthetics then the designer needs to be taken out behind the shed and shot.

Um, if I'm going to have 300hp on the water I think I'll take it behind a STV...130MPH+ is what 300hp does. This kawi is just a silly marketing exercise.

This is an empty engine block. A mock up for display purposes. Is he really that feeble that he can't lift 90lbs?

Why don't they just have a points system like every other style of racing? 5 points for a win, 3 for second, 1 for third? Or something similar?
