Having spent another weekend doing really nothing in Witcher, just racing some horses, playing some cards, winning some fist fights and watching the sun set over white fern trees, I have to say - No, sometimes, there can never be too much of a video-game

The Witcher did a very good job of this. While unlocks were not as strong as they could be later on, with all the spells unlocked upfront, I was able to mix-and-match, try out different things and figure out the most effective way of dispatching various enemies. I don’t think I would be using Axii or Quen this much if…

Only time I preorder is when I’m getting a considerable discount with it. e.g. e3 2015 sales basically saw me pre-ordering games for the next year and half.

I'm glad the game was as large and content-filled as it was, but am I the only one who found the main campaign kind of short? I mean it clocks in at 6-7 hours (8? missions).

This has the potential to be a decent superhero movie, or a really terrible one. Hope it's the former.
