Well, you see, people were talking. Some people held a point of view supporting it, while others held a point of view opposing it. Thus the ethics.

This is the best solution by far. All others leave some sort of loophole or creates new problems. If the fouled player doesn’t have the ball, any player on the court can shoot the free throws. It leaves in the “he has to make his free throws!” part, because he can still be fouled when he has the ball.

This sucks.

Gawker is a cesspool. And Jezebel is even worse. I agree with some serious posts Deadspin has, and disagree with others, but either way, they’re almost always coming from a genuine and an intelligent place. Can't say the same for Gawker or Jezebel.

As an alum, I can say that 19-year-old me had a lot of pride in telling anyone back home that I lived three floors below the “Seventh Floor.” In the other (yet connected!) building. My college experience was strangely much less exciting.
