I think most of them are so stupid, except the Sixers/Kentucky one last year. That one I could see. Kentucky had like 5 or so NBA players, and I'm not sure the Sixers had that many.

All that gold doesn't cover up the bronze
You know what? It’s times like these that make me wonder if the NFL really is the worst run North American sport league. This story is pretty fucking awful.
The last time I listened to Dog, he was predicting the Texans and Chiefs would meet in the Super Bowl. I didn’t renew my Sirius subscription, incidentally.
Honestly, I’ve grown to really hate people who complain about how “boring” the fouling gets. It's hilarious, and I just think there's something wrong with people who aren't at least a little entertained by it.
(By the way, who the hell ARE all these people who have enough free money to lavish upon a football team?).
That sneaky bastard was prob moving his fingers like he was texting
Here’s the crazy twist: he did it himself, but was set up by the mob. He didn’t “plan” it alone, but he did carry it out alone.
George W Bush did the whole idiot act on purpose, playing up the accent and the “misunderestimated” stuff. Every stutter and mistake was calculated.
It’s fair to say you prefer Upton as a player, but there’s no doubt that his contract is far more restrictive for his team than that of Cespedes, when Upton is, at best, a marginally better player.
Good work
Sure, I think Bowles is a really good coach, and an improvement over Rex, but they've brought in a lot of good free agents.
Rondo’s one of my favorite players in the league, but, yeah, doesn't surprise me that he's not the most active person in the community.
I’ve had this discussion with a few people. Is Mike McCarthy the worst coach to ever win a Super Bowl? I mean, I can’t speak for whoever won in the 70s, but I have trouble thinking of a worse coach since 1980.
The Jets improved by (I think) 6 games after spending a lot of money in free agency.
I think about half the teams in baseball wish they could have an expensive player for only two more years after an initially disappointing year. Considering the kind of crazy deals players have been getting, this is EXTREMELY team friendly. I mean, if you were a team, would you rather of this contract or the Upton…
Boy, is he gonna be excited when he finds out where Rondo went!
It's a hell of a lot better than paying a guy for 5+ years. One year deals are very often team-friendly, and this one definitely is.
I agree. This was a very bad take. Bordering offensive.
Oh, I absolutely believe most people think it’s wrong. Did I suggest that that means they don’t do it? Of course not.
