At this point it can be hard to say exactly if that was meant to be a private version of the game or not. If there’s a screen where you can see what’s going on it doesn’t seem to be that private. I’m willing to cut them some slack on the Infinity War/Endgame stuff given that clearly there’s a lot of behind the scenes issues with the communication of that or how they could deal with that in the story.

Having seen Far From Home now I think Hill being available is even more of a question mark then it was already. We’ll probably have to wait for future films to get more answers.

I think Daisy has been generally supportive. Like she was the one who said he should have the job and gave a whole speech and everything. 

Maria quit SHIELD to work with Stark for a while and then she was with Fury in Infinity War. Maybe Far From Home elaborates on some of this but whether or not it’s a different timeline or not Maria is apparently not in a position to be Director right now.
