I think the new rule was made looking at things from the kid’s point of view. Do kids have the right to know who their biological family members are, and if so, does it trump the anonymity rights of said members?

I’d much, much prefer that our justice system deliver real justice to the victims of sexual assaults. Unlike murder, sexual assault is a crime with a very high recidivism rate. Those committed of sexual assault should be put away for life, period. It should be a zero tolerance crime.
