GF sufferer here. The best GF cookies (and I liked these before my diagnosis) are the crisp chocolate chip cookies made by Trader Joe’s. Deli! But beware most things with a gluten free label. There’s a lot of crap with that label out there and you really have to experiment over time and taste test to find the gems.

II had to eliminate wheat for medical reasons, and I lost a ton of weight without trying. Can’t say that was healthy though.
