Heh, I wish I was allergic to them, because I honestly hate avocados and tell people the truth, they just think I'm insane.

So true. I nearly broke down crying in my gastroenterologists office when he advised I try a gluten-free diet, for me the only thing worse than not eating foods with it was having to be lumped in with those idiot people who treated it like a fad diet.
The glutard in number three is the reason I nearly broke down crying in my gastroenterologists office when he advised I try a gluten-free diet, the only thing worse than not eating foods with it was having to be lumped in with people like that.
Disagree, I loved the original FMA but could not get into Brotherhood at all. Compared to the original, it just...lacked heart. I felt more like I was watching a sequence of events rather than a story.
Pretty unfair to just label Tank a rapist.
You're impressed by a whopping two episodes?
Regular watcher here. Its not at all nuanced, and a lot of fans of the show are complaining that the plotline basically shows the main character "crying rape." Its not a well done plotline.
I've been watching, and I am NOT impressed at all. I really want to slap the writers on the head, because if anything, they are screwing up big time. More than half the comments I see on the plotline are seeing this plotline as advocating "crying rape." And I don't know that I can blame them for seeing it that way. I…
I mistrust anything ever advocated with a caps lock. That aside, I am not interested in watching because I really can't get past the idiotic premise, I know the final outcome of the original Latin American show, and shows these days have the bad tendency of starting out strong yet eventually turning into a pile of…
If you ask me, Barbara never got the chance to shine as Batgirl like she should have. Even after all these years, most people remember her as Batgirl rather than Oracle.
Channeling Tim Drake? lol
I should have specified I don't care much for her New 52 portrayal (even though I love the Outlaws team concept overall), but still she was pretty toned down for the cartoon (which I never understood the appeal of, I thought it was a mediocre show at best...).
Bullshit. The writing and art have been nothing short of amazing since volume 1. I have to assume you've only looked at some pictures and guessed at what was going on.
I will agree about Injustice, but add that Batman and Robin in the new 52 has been nothing short of amazing.
Damian, not Damien.
Speaking as a diehard fan of New 52's Batman and Robin series, you really missed out if you stopped reading right after Damian died. The writing has stayed amazing and was really heartbreaking, and if you haven't heard the news, Damian is back :)
I'm really sick of people whining about Starfire's portrayal in Teen Titans. Newsflash, she has ALWAYS dressed in minimal clothing and acted (albeit to a good degree unintentionally) sexy. They toned her down for kiddie viewers, but that does not change her history.
Somehow I've never felt that Stephanie Brown fit in with the Bat-family. She stuck out like a sore thumb - she's better as Spoiler.
It was ridiculous that she was stuck as Oracle for so long. In an era with people like Cyborg, would anyone stay paralyzed?
You do know Marvel is about to do a massive reboot of its universe, right?
