Is there any thread here that doesn’t blame the victim? Blahblah Uber is bad, but c’mon folks. A person was intimidated and victimized and every comment is blaming her for not making a different choice based on after-the-fact knowledge.

Dude looks like a lady or a dude gave him a horrible dye job and haircut. And also horrible ideas. And no brains.

Um, but now the rest of us have now read that phrase in your comment.

Edit

I’ve already been spectacularly unsurprised this week to learn he’s a rapist.

Very sad. And so soon after we lost Patrick Dempsey(/Derek Shepherd).

I was worried that Kowl wouldn’t make the list, but you left out the part that made him cool! His belly opened onto a red/green/yellow pane, so he was like a very simple magic 8 ball.

So glad this came from a Manliness guide, so I know it won’t work for my ladylegs while I use ladders at almost all of my job sites.

Now I want a day when everyone actually is roguelemming.

A close relative of mine helped to found the Julian Center. They do great work, and this is awesome news.

I love and miss BCO! I worked in restaurants for years and my sister still does, and I relish the awful customer stories.

Heartily seconding the sugaring rec! I have super-sensitive skin and suddenly develop weird reactionsto previously benign stuff, so I was really wary of waxing after a bad eyebrow experience. Sugaring is a little harder to find, but well worth it if your skin has reacted badly to waxing.

The state definitely needs to require a pregnancy test before any purchase of cat litter!

I heard about this a while ago and didn't get my hopes up...because, hopes.
But is it really happening? Yay yay yay! Inconceivable!

Can I call indigo? I'm happy to share it. Just don't stick me with orange, ugh.

This comment is pissing me off even as a thin person. I've read so much condescending bs here about how "it's simple" to lose weight and keep it off that presents anecdote as data and disregards so many people's lived experiences.

I'm confused. "Girls" was used in an Axe commercial several years ago (maybe not in the states?). Axe may have gotten proper permission, but there are so many comments here about the Beastie Boys' "NO ADS EVER" stance that I'm genuinely not understanding the scenario.
Also, permission to Axe but not this cool toy? Ew.

Yay, I thought of that too!
Also, the pie chart of pie someone posted above.

I texted this article to my sister, and now I need the resulting conversation to stop. Can the Internet please call her and say "Enough, already"? I can no longer discuss the differences between the effects of coffee and period hormones on the human bowel.

This video at least lets me watch a stupidly catchy song while being much less creeped out than the official video makes me. So I guess that's a win. On the other hand, I had somehow managed to avoid this song entirely until this post (I had read about it, but didn't hear it), so, giant loss there.
