I was totally getting a Kim Wexler vibe too!

I wasn’t really sure if Margo helped or not with the nuclear engine issues. When they showed the Russian launch, the engines looked like traditional rockets with flame. Perhaps it was just a launch vehicle to get them into orbit, then they use different nuclear engines to get to Mars?
URL didn’t work, the official one is:
If you have multiple people in a hotel room, the best approach is to try and avoid pooping in the room at all. The lobby always has restrooms and they’re usually very clean and lightly used. Other areas do too, like near any bars, restaurants or the gym inside the hotel. I try and wreck an external bathroom whenever…
Arby’s Potato Cakes. The best reason to go to Arbys vanished a few months ago.
Glengarry Glen Ross has the best cast I’ve seen in a film. Either nominated for Oscars or have won Oscars (and Tonys).
She looks lovely for her age, but let’s be real. She doesn’t look as gorgeous as she did 32 years ago in Dead Calm.
I’ve been a Ministry fan through a few of their phases. Early pop, angry synth industrial, more metal.. but I don’t have more recent albums. But I’m a fan. But not everyone can be in the HOF. There are higher priority acts.
Garlic salt is only OK in a pinch or at an Airbnb. At home, garlic powder and salt of choice is all I use. It avoids the awful taste of iodized salt and lets you control the ratio of garlic and salt to jussssttt right. Go ahead and use 3 ingredients.
Windows 10 has been doing this for years now. Not all apps pay attention to it, but Outlook 365 does and it’s annoying as hell. That registry setting alone didn’t always do it so I created a short little batch file to stop/start a couple services including the network location service to reset it.
You pour a pretty stiff one Claire. 2:3 is almost as much as booze as mixer. When I was a bartender it would have been more like 1:2 or even 1:3 booze to mix. Now Fever-Tree is in the business of selling mixer, but they’re not too far off when suggesting that if 3/4 of your drink is mixer, buy good mixer.
I’d disagree that boules you make yourself can’t be better than purchased ones. I’m a good cook, but don’t bake much. I got a copy of Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast a couple months ago and have been banging out loaves as good or better than any I’ve ever purchased. A couple of my friends have been impressed enough to do it…
I highly recommend the Couch to 5k app. It schedules you 3x/week for 9 weeks. Prompts you during your workout for warm up, alternating walking and jogging and cool down. It slowly does more jogging and by the end a 5k is doable. I did it a couple years ago and it worked well.
Cute video. I had no idea she could play piano at all.
TLDR; It’s all bullshit quacky stuff with no scientific basis at all.
Wow. Glad he swung for the fences with it. Strange, interesting show and I enjoyed the finale. A great capper. Great casting too, I enjoyed the core cast and others as well.
Less obvious: Melanie Meyrink was also in Real Genius (as the hyper scientist love interest Jordon). She’s plays Suzi in Valley Girl, the cutie who also have a beautiful mother. She looks SO different in these 2 movies. 2 of my favorite 80's movies.
Actually I didn’t see the link to another article that says the photographer did bulk register his photos including the one mentioned back in May 2019. So theoretically the max damages could be $150k but that’s super unlikely even if he won. A screen shot of an article that has the picture in it.. is pretty weak.
Yes, there’s a copyright automatically upon publication. But unless you actually register it with the copyright office in advance of the infringement you’re not eligible to claim statutory damages of up to $150k. Just actual business loss, which is meaningless.
Unless he filed a form VA and registered the photo with the copyright office IN ADVANCE of her posting, he isn’t getting much if anything. He’d have to argue business loss, not statutory damages. Maybe he’s on it, and bulk registers his pictures religiously, but I doubt it. And yes, fair use could possibly be a…
