You can say it.  Most people that exist outside this website already reached the same conclusion long ago.

The rumor stems back to a text exchange between Lady Gaga and Kesha, in which Kesha reportedly told Lady Gaga that Dr. Luke had raped Perry.

I definitely understand #1 (although it doesn’t totally explain the “significant harm” thing), but as to #2, KP never asserted that she WAS raped (therefore no lies and no false accusations) - it seems that the rumor came from a record exec.

I have two theories: 1) she never asked to be brought into this case and wants to distance herself from it 2) she doesn’t want to harm Kesha’s arguments by making it look like she lied or made up an accusation.

I’m not surprised. I honestly couldn’t name a Rexha single off the top of my head aside from her collaborations. I don’t think I’d recognize her at all in public.
