My cat has resting bitch face, though. But it’s usually a happy bitch face.

I consider myself lucky in this, but my cat is nearly SILENT, unless you step on his tail or something, and even then it’s a tiny “meep”.

An excuse to post cat pictures? My sister insists that my cat always looks like she’s plotting something. Mostly I think it is just her face markings.

I have 4 cats and they all have beautiful faces. Especially my sweet girl, Momma Kat. She also has awesome satellite ears

Not all cats do this, but many also express emotions vocally. One of our cats has about six different meows that we seem to have worked out into a fairly clear means of communication. I pretty much know whether she means “hello,” “feed me,” “brush me/pay attention to me,” “leave me alone,” and “I’m content but need to

I neither like Bernie Sanders nor do I like Bernie Sanders.

He is running to suit his own ego.

You are living for bad reasons, and should maybe consider stopping.

We are trying to bring in those who didn’t really grasp the enormity of the moment back then.

Well fucking said.

The writers for Jezebel are Bernie Bro central, but thankfully, most of the commenters are not.  And frankly, I come here for the comments, not the articles.

Why choose Sanders over Warren though?

I would not say that feminism was a linchpin of the site, to be honest. But seriously. Seriously?

I don’t “like” Bernie Sanders because he stubbornly stayed in the primary far longer than he should have and materially damaged Hillary Clinton’s chances and by extension damaged the country. I don’t “like” Bernie Sanders because many of his supporters are toxic dipshits. Remember when they booed John Lewis, an actual

THIS. And you said this so succinctly, too!

Also Trumpish:  his (lack of) tax returns and super-shady financial “ethics.”

The easiest way to understand Bernie Sanders is that he’s not interested in forming a coalition of diverse interests working together, but instead wants everyone to support his goals and assumes that everything will work great after that happens. Which is fine if you share his exact interests and goals — but he

After Hillary’s loss, is it smart to go with someone with a charisma deficit AND a light record of achievements? I will vote for whoever’s the Democratic finalist, but other people may not - they didn’t last time.

he would never, could never beat trump. I will give him credit in that he’s sold a large swath of people (young white liberals, mostly) that he has some secret ability to talk to the working class. But once you puncture the shiny veneer of this premise, it’s all downhill from there.

What makes me extremely nervous about Bernie is his pandering to the “white working class,” which is really pandering to whiteness. People of color are also working class, but he puts a divide down. For women and people of color, we don’t have “identity politics” - a phrase he’s used several times, it’s just politics.
