I live in an area close to that & it’s pretty common to have big-name trucking companies not allow their drivers to stop to wait for the winds to settle. This happens often unfortunately.
Nothing beats a late 90's Buick with a 3800. Even a 3100. They’ll get 30 mpg, last til 250,000 miles and be somewhat comfortable the whole way to the grave.
Everyone calls the luminas of that era crap and cheap junk but they’re some of the best demolition derby cars made aside from a 96+ vic
I ordered a set of tires off Amazon for an off-road project, couldn’t get anyone in town close to the same price for the same specs. They came 4 days later and the rest is history. With prime and two day shipping, my use will increase. There customer service is outstanding as well.
37f is the artic?

The 90's models with the 3.8s were some of the most reliable vehicles on this earth. I hope these sexy things last as long as they did.
CP, can pick these up in rural areas done a dozen.
That doesn’t even have a 6.7 Cummins
Wyoming has interstate that is 80mph, but like everyone else has stated the shitty roads mixed with most people driving large pickups means a lot money being made by local gas stations.
As much as I want one, my 150,000 mile 08 duramax with deleted emissions runs 20 mpg empty and 18 pulling my junk Subaru around. Maybe in a few years.
