I’m just not sure there’s a good way to design a game with such “features” in them that isn’t a detriment to the game’s core design principles. The microtransactions were a large part of what went wrong with Dead Space 3, for example.

I personally think fun gameplay is more important than balanced gameplay. Just as a rule, unless something is fundamentally game breaking, favor fun over balance.

I still have a hard time seeing it that way. Faith is not necessary for the story to work, so I think it’s a matter of perspective.

While the 2D showing didn’t scare people, the 3D showing in at least one theater did cause people alarm. Yes, 3D is THAT old, and it will never, ever, EVER catch on.

Are we talking Season 1 Daredevil (some of the best TV I’ve ever seen) or Season 2 Daredevil (bar dropped to ninjas and hackneyed romance subplots)? Season 2 wasn’t bad, but it doesn’t compare to season 1, so I’m curious about what we’re going to get.

I’m more interested in fun unique items and effects than balance (I say if a little balance must be sacrificed in the name of fun, go for fun), but yes, this is a bit much.
