Ben Simmons being unlikeable is one Deadspin narrative I just never understood. This isn’t the only place where that exists, but it is oddly noticeable here.

Is it really anti-consumer if all you have to do is make an account and download free software? I get that argument for console exclusives but not this. It’s a minor annoyance at worst. It’s the only way for them to gain real interest against Steam and Steam needs competition.

Will these somewhat niche exclusives really be enough to get people to primarily use Epic store? or is niche kind of what they are going for?
