As someone who is completely new to DnD and after watching several explanation videos on YouTube, I’m ready to take the plunge on BG3.  I’m a complete newb, so I’m leaning towards either a Fighter or Barbarian.  Are both of these good for a first play through as a complete novice?

I tried PGA Tour 2K21, and after calibrating my swing, and practicing, I went out and played like crap. Immediately fired up Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004 on the dolphin emulator and fell back in love.  There is definitely a fine line between arcade fun and struggling simulation.  YMMV.
