I love, love, love this show and I'm so glad it's doing better in the ratings. Having said that, I too am wondering why we should believe Karen should get the part over Ivy. My theory is that Karen, being green and inexperienced, will evolve over time and get better and better until she becomes a real threat to Ivy.…
