Hey Girl in the Moonlight

I mean, it seems like with Joan, unless you were a cool club kid like her friend who was in Uncut Gems, you’re out. Imagine...hating Jane fucking Goodall.

Wait, we are supposed to hate Jane Goodall now?

And yet you’re complaining like a little bitch about an actor for free.

I’m surprised I had to get this deep into the comments before someone broke out with the dumbest opinion on the internet.

I’m not sure there’s an income level at which death threats become nbd.

Still no, actually. Nothing about his personal life is your business no matter how much you wish it to be.

His sexual orientation is none of your fucking business.

I know it’s an interview show based on a gimmick, but I have to say that I’ve been very impressed with his interview skills. He has a knack for asking great questions and making the guest feel at ease with him.

Also, the show could’ve easily fallen into lampooning guest celebrities being even more extremely

And I be looking on Twitter and Instagram, and I know there’s so much people, like the youth, supports you so. Much.

Not a good movie, but the theme song’s up there with Bond’s best, even if it’s possibly the one with the least connection to the actual film:

One day people will figure out “socialism” means everything from modern-day Scandinavia to fifties-era Soviet Bloc and maybe they better define their terms a bit

The great paradox of OHMSS for me is that Lazenby is, by any comparison, the worst Bond actor in the entire history of the franchise. And yet! I honestly think that that the movie as a whole doesn’t work as well if you just dropped in any of the other Bond actors.

The only Christmastime Bond! I always put this one up near the top of my list of “un-Christmas” movies, along with Die Hard and Batman Returns. Seriously, it’s always a toss-up for me as to whether this or From Russia With Love is the best in the whole series. Casino Royale (2006) is always a contender.

I agree 100% - Lazenby brings a youth and vulnerability that would’ve been hard to swallow if Connery were in this film.

I think it is amazing that Diana Rigg is hands-down the best “Bond girl” in this movie, gave the sexiest performance in TV history on The Avengers, and was one of the most badass characters on Game of Thrones in her 80s. And none of that is what she is really most distinguished for, which is her great theatrical

Top three, duking it out with From Russia With Love and Casino Royale.  I am on board with the theory that this Bond’s vulnerability, fear, and susceptibility to tragedy actually benefits from Lazenby’s less-than-superhuman performance.

Two things that strike me about Lazenby as Bond. 1) He’s the most physical before Craig. Other than Connery, he’s the only pre-Craig Bond that looks convincingly powerful in a fight.

My biggest problem is it’s about 30 minutes too long. (It is the longest pre-Craig Bond film, and feels even longer than that)

Yeah, it’s fiction but these situations happen. It proves the people who deny this are too sheltered to see it or just refuse to.
