This evening I Witnessed 3 Males In front of Target in the process of Stopping a Suspected shop lifter, Loss Prevention Store Manager & 1other Unknown male. They All 3 Had Hands on her @-the Same time As they Were Wrestling to the Ground & drug her back in the Store to a Small Room. I Was Very Disturbed By What I Saw…
