For someone who is as all-consumed about her appearance, her body and fashion as she is, I’m truly flabbergasted by the fake hips and butt. Pre-Kanye Kim was so beautiful. I remember seeing her as a young 20-something and actually feeling good about being a short girl with a big butt.
