A lot of these cases are being brought forth in the 11th circuit. Justices have oversight of different circuits. Thomas oversees the 11th. I am not saying his rulings aren’t shady as shit. He just happens to be the guy assigned. It is actually interesting that Roberts issued the ruling on this case and not Thomas.
