Who was holding? I mean scientifically if all the kickers are junk, and they’re all using the same holder... maybe it’s not all on the kickers. Then again if they’re kicking off a tee...  

Loosely. They set it in the Great War... but it really isn’t historically accurate in anything but the cosmetics (terrain, weapon skins, and uniforms)
