Come on they didn't appear in that many episodes. Maybe 4 in total? Blink, Time of the Angels/Flesh and Stone (ok a two-parter), The Angles Take Manhattan, and a minor bit in Time of the Doctor.

I actually liked the 10th overall (the 11th is my doctor though I like quite a few). The Rose thing was overplayed sure, as was the unrequited love by Martha too. Still liked things about both-thought Donna was the best however, and I must say I only recently saw "Water of Mars" and thought it brilliant.
