I literally cannot even remember if I saw part 1.
I literally cannot even remember if I saw part 1.
Word.
I’m just here for the picture of baby Ghost.
Was anyone else weirdly reminded of the final battle in Buffy the Vampire Slayer? I just felt like Jon’s journey through the battle was beat for beat almost exactly like Buffy’s.
Can’t wait to watch this! I met Victor LaValle two years ago at a small book festival in New Orleans. He was on a panel about evil in literature. After the panel, we chatted for a bit about True Detective season 1. He was freaking awesome.
I’ll go on record now as being 99% certain they’ll cast Adam Lambert. And it will be awful.
#5 is not only the best scene in the entire Supernatural series, but, in my opinion, one of the most chilling scenes ever aired on television. THAT SONG!
Archivist Wasp... which has been tragically under-promoted this past year. I don’t understand how it didn’t get ALL the hype, other than on a few sci-fi specific blogs.
I am really excited because my book club randomly decided to read it for January, and I cannot wait to see what they all think of it.
Any feelings I have about any of this are entirely overshadowed by my ecstasy at seeing Sophie Turner as Jean Gray.
Rickon Stark, feral child. He’s creepy.
I’m disappointed that all but one of the films on this list are in English.
So many of mine have already been mentioned... The Ring is probably the scariest thing I’ve ever seen, and of course there are all the ghost story collections from childhood. But also, Neverland, by Douglas Clegg, was absolutely terrifying, and the stage production of The Woman in Black scared the absolute bejeezus…
I LOVED this show! I’m going to have to find it on the internet this Halloween.
Yeah, on my mom’s side of the family, we’re all sensitive to spirits and have had enounters. It’s pretty creepy.
That was the point at which I would have walked out had I been alone. When the movie ended, the friend I was with said she’d also wanted to leave, but didn’t think I’d want to. I so wish we’d left!
This movie scared me so much when it came out that I slept with the lights on for a month. As an adult. I was living in a studio so I was sleeping in the same room as the TV, and I couldn’t sleep with my back to it, either. To this day, I wish I’d never seen that movie.
I absolutely loathe Missy.
This is a huge part of what always pissed me off about the ending. Also, the fact that college apparently didn’t exist in the wizarding world.
Awesome! I want to check it out... do you have any suggestions for where to start? I looked it up and saw that she appeared in a number of different comics. I never know where to jump in.
Cool! I have no idea who that is, but I will look it up! :)
