Good catch. Historically people of color have been allowed to work in restaurants in positions where they remain unseen by patrons. The “Whites Only” restaurant my mother worked in prior to Civil Rights had black dishwashers and cooks none of whom were ever seen by diners.

I believe you are mistaken. There have been a host of has been celebrities and foreign dignitaries visiting Trump Towers. However, I have not witnessed nor heard reports of hordes of ethnic leaders standing in line to meet with the President-elect.
