Quite late to this but what do you guys think about Paige's research into Gregory? When he died in that shoot out in S1, did the FBI let the media know that he was working for the KGB? Or was it kept secret and Gregory was simply a career criminal gunned down in the street? Because if Paige keeps delving into Gregory,

Totally agree.

For starters, I think he never really believed Irina, a year back when she told him about a son. If you recall, she told him about the son just before he was going to hit her ( for the mission). So Philip thought it was just to rile him up and make the bruises look as convincing as possible. While saying goodbye to

Perfect description of what happened. Thanks. I am a bit surprised that people here in this comment thread didn't catch it.

Most probably, she is the redhead who hung around with Todd at the university. Remember, when they surveilled this Todd, Elizabeth mentioned that he had a liking for redheads. So, this woman was definitely an agent. Not a recognizable one like Venter but an agent nonetheless.

Left field theory: Maybe the Seer and Harbard both are involved. Hence the Seer's sheer discomfort when Siggy talked about the wanderer.

Wow! Good catch.

From earlier events of S1, we know that there had always been emotional distance between Philip and Elizabeth even if they had occasional sex but after Elizabeth got shot in the S1 finale and later when S2 unfolded, I thought they had put their turbulent past behind and had started to become more affectionate with

What an emotionally wrought episode!! Phew!!! The last scene between Philip and Elizabeth was poignant, intimate and heart breaking at the same time.

This would be the perfect scenario. And Gurglar has really grown on me. He's hilarious.

THIS^^^ 100% this.

This show and You're the Worst are my favorite bleak comedies right now. Really enjoying both shows.

Quite late to the comment party but I caught up with the second season just now. Really enjoying it and Franka Potente as Eleanor is amazing.

I hope to see back stories for Flaca and Maritza next year. Those two crack me up.

She was good to Rosa. Just see her expression in the finale when the guard breaks the news that Rosa doesn't have long and immediately switches on the radio.

Hmm, that is quite a good explanation. Made me change my POV.

Yep. Agree. Least sympathetic of the ones whose back stories were shown.

Future casting for Bryan Cranston as Warden? One can dream.

hilarious side-gag with one of the latino prisoners and her nodding boyfriend turned into a major dramatic plot-point later on.

I loved this season. Even more than S1. And I loved/liked almost all the characters. Even more than I did in S1. Kudos to the writers for spreading such a rich background and character development ( in the present) for various characters. Kudos to the writers for making me care. Kudos to them for making me laugh and
