You can select the amount of points to use. Just type what you want to use next to the box on the checkout page that shows you how many points you have. Definitely not all or nothing.

I do this mostly so that I don’t have to save the paper receipt! The money back is just an added bonus. 

Probably. But you’re not getting much back--Walmart compares their prices to a select number of stores so they aren’t price matching everywhere. Plus you get the money back in a gift card, not cash.

You don’t have to give the person the actual card. If it’s purely to help build credit, it shouldn’t even be expected that the AU would hold it.

I honestly haven’t seen that many 2 bedroom homes, at least in my area.Three  seems like the norm...four seems like you’re starting down the ‘luxury’ path.

$350 for both? Did you do it yourself? We spent close to $1k on just the resealing but we do have a long driveway.

I;m not against buying a house with someone you aren’t married to but it seems a bit odd to buy a house with someone you’ve never lived with ALONE before.

I don’t understand why this wasn’t suggested. A lot of programs help you out with the down payment as well., and some don’t have requirements regarding location.
