Yeah and doctors 1) choose that path and 2) get compensated as well as get more credit and respect accordingly. Not to mention nurses then have to do more of the actual scut work.  Just because Doctors do more academic work than some nurses (some nurses may have doctorates), it doesn’t mean the different work nurses…
