The design part of Planet Coster crippled me to the point that I got 0 enjoyment from the game. I’m really excited for Planet Zoo though, I think designing animal enclosures is much easier to wrap your head around.

Valid concerns my friend, the only thing I can say that should ease your mind is, Planet Coaster had zero consequence and reward based off designing the cool parts of the park, in PZ the design is far greater a big deal and is the actual fabric of the game its self.

This is better than PC IMO, PC was really just a theme park designer, PZ really takes on the management side PC was missing and emphasizes the guest experience far greater then PC did. Same customization as PC had but with far greater rewards and consequences which is what us die hard sim/mng players wanted
