I just hope they fix some of the issues that new colossus had. That game had some really.. I don’t wanna say /bad/ level design but they definitely did not follow best practices and there’s several areas of the game that are kinda misleading or non obvious which way to go or how to progress.

Nintendo is not only publisher, but paid for the entire game’s development. And i’m sure you know how much of a chance you have on a port happening.

Hopefully they can eventually port it to PC and let it be couch coop with working controller support which is a tall order I guess.  But whoever ported 1 and 2 did such a hilariously awful job that has never been fixed

I always enjoy Grand Poobear’s runs at AGDQ and SGDQ and find him to be a very positive and supportive member of the broader Mario community. Nintendo’s multi-decade run of antagonism / indifference towards its biggest fans, as well as its general lack of transparency, is really maddening.

Nintendo needs to get with the times. They dont know how to handle online gaming or streamers. They tend to punish them versus rewarding them.

What? Nintendo punishes somebody for being one of their most vocal fans? That’s never happened before...
