I take the same supplement, and to my understand, if you’re low on B12 your body is just terrible at absorbing it so you need to consume a shit ton to get enough. In my case, it’s probably linked with my acid reflux. My doctor also told me that you can’t take too much b/c you’ll just pee out the excess.
