‘As good as the real one’ is not exactly a ringing endorsement when the real one is terrible.

Another worthwhile tactic might be to have reviews pegged to a development iteration. Ideally, EA games would be set to some kind of standard nomenclature for iterations and then reviews would be voided once the new major version launched. Keep them worded with a version disclaimer, but drop them from the +/- pool…
No one said anything about finished product, whether it’s finished or not is irrelevant. It’s still a product in the eyes of the market, the people that buy them and the developer.
Allow worded reviews but no ratings or thumbs up/down. People can still read what others have to say and decide for themselves whether the risk is worth it.
Yeah, but they also made a supreme effort to work out those bugs and balance problems before releasing it, because they only had one shot.
While I still think Nintendo is kinda putting WAY too much stock in a game that won’t be released for another year and a half (potentially two cause we all know how these things go), their statement actually gives me an understanding that they probably will drop a Nintendo Direct... just not the day they normally do.
…
They won’t even be mentioning any other releases?? (like pokemon or other 3ds titles) that suuuuucks...
I hope that “only playable game” doesn’t mean that they won’t show anything else.
I hope for some new reveals, and if they come, i don’t mind zelda being the only playable one, especially if it’s a really good demo
We NEED good nintendo news.
There’s also another rumor going around that they may go with cartridges instead of optical media as the medium for the games (which makes sense for a portable device, if it turns out to be/contain a portable device, but doesn’t exactly scream “open worlds in 4K resolution”). But that should be taken with a big grain…
I believe that they also announced the DS 1 year early without much information during the announcement period? I might be wrong, but it seems like that’s how Nintendo has been handling their system announcement.
As far as specs go, I think “underwhelming” and “overpriced” are pretty much a given.
So Nintendo, even with their new, super secret console NX, are going to roll up to E3 and go ‘Well, we got Zelda, the whole Zelda, and nothing but Zelda’???
I read the headline as “Wait for Catbug with Totoro” and sqeeeeeed with delight....
Someone finally just make a good Vietnam game. Or do Korea. Let’s bring back historical settings. It’s been like 8 years of modern to varying levels of scifi. Heck, I’m starting to miss WW2
The one time giving a black guy a harsher charge would be justified. Because if Daquan let his thang hang, it’s gonna be on both pages
It all boils down to what the Content ID Claimant has uploaded as an asset to their CMS (which is turned into a digital signature). I’m sure there are false positives happening as a lot of songs have similar melody’s or outright, take lyrics from another song to use in it’s own.
But so far, the system seems to be…
Or like some theme restaurants, make signs that are virtually incomprehensible.
I didn’t know If I should go in the Lobsters, or the Anchor room so I just shit in a plant.
“Which is already is”
Fuck yeah. I’ll grab my tools. Meet you at Target?
I was thinking a triangle and a circle with the word “everyone” printed on each of them.
