Then Nintendo is a sinking ship for a few more years, since the WiiU is basically a marketing disaster, and Nintendo itself doesn’t even have any major holiday releases this year.

The only thing I’m excited about with their new console is seeing how far off the deep end they go to force its gimmick to happen.

This is where my “sandwich salad” technique is real handy. When I have a sandwich that’s a disaster, I just get a fork and pretend it’s a very strange salad. All is well again.

Sounds like an ideal game to pickup during a sale, play for a few days, and forget about.

For one, child gambling is illegal. I don’t think a Casino in Vegas is going to get away with having kids tables with 10$ buyins and 1$ blinds. The law doesn’t stop existing just because you broke it less, you just get lower fines.

Xbone and PC

They could just make obtaining the API an application based system, but that would require that Valve actually curate something.

Valve was allowing a service it provides to aid a group in knowingly running gambling for their game that almost certainly involved underage gamblers (which is highly illegal) in an unregulated manner.

Underage gambling is illegal. And Valve is under threat of legal repercussions for making this accessible using their API.

You do realize that one of the issues was unregulated CS:GO gambling by people not of age to do so? There’s a definite audience for the game which is under the age that you would be allowed to gamble in any casino. Yet, they can use real money to gamble over video game items. Is it somehow fine to gamble underage on

Same. Couldn’t find a single pokemon in the literal tall grass next to my house, felt the immersion melt from my body, and was sad :(

Ho-oh is kinda like Ho-ho. Ho-hos are high calorie. The US is high calorie.

Amazing how a bunch of people can develop stereotypes and group solidarity in days on the basis of nothing more than a one color logo of and a fictional character with very little dialogue.

Valve is going to quality control something?

It is a little bit funny to me that I can’t find pokemon in the literal tall grass next to my house, but I find an oddish inside of Walmart or something.

If you’re physically able to get in a car, go to somewhere that has pokespots, and move around within the confines of existing handicap accessibility infrastructure, then you should already have access to many of the spots and gyms.

The problem being that this is a game literally based on movement. There are 29 individual main series pokemon games that don’t involve movement.

At the very least, European bomb teams would be trained. They still find these things all the time, like that bomb found near Merkel’s apartment a few years ago.

It’s a map with collectibles, basically.

It’s too bad that Go sorta took out all of the turn based strategy combat and most of the other parts that involved thinking.
