A magic Lena. That is so great. It would be nice if DC pursued that idea but considering how much they’ve screwed up Supergirl I doubt they would do something so intelligent.

I guess Shade is pretty much on the JSA’s side now anyway, repaying Barbara’s trust in him
I don’t know how everyone else felt about this episode, but I thought the fighting was stellar. The stunt coordinator for the first season directed it, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.
So I guess Gail is a Werepyre now.
Laszlo’s arc is the contrast. It’s “I don’t want anything to do with this, nothing good will come of this, I just want to have sex.” It’s the complete opposite of everyone who cares intently about what’s happening. In the previous seasons he’s been the most passionate. The topiary, hat, Phil, Gregor in season one.…
Lazlo’s arc will probably center around how he doesn’t want to be on the council while Nadja does.
She probably does not know the real power if the black diamond and what it can do.
Based solely on one episode of the Real Ghostbusters, I’m fairly confident that Werewolf + Vampire = Gargoyles.
There’s part of me that thinks “Holy crap, this is going to have repercussions”. I mean, you’d think turning a werewolf would be up there with turning a baby in the “don’t do this” list.
For maximum insult to injury, Gail’s next lover will be Meg from the gym.
They did the (now classic) Blumhouse/James Wan thing in the opening scene - where something is lurking in the bedroom’s big black shadow-blob ... you should be able to see the Something ... if you could ... only just ... squint ... is there a shape there? ...
it has been over two and a half years since the episode “blood memory” aired. they should be ashamed of themselves for leaving that bleeding wound open for so long
William’s main purpose was to be Kara’s love interest. The writers backed away from that, but the actor is still contracted for the rest of the season, so yea, he’s not getting much more than being Kara’s reporter sidekick.
Kara crushes a lump of coal into a diamond and drops it on the landlord's desk.
I’m surprised they’re not airing double episodes just to burn through them faster.
“I’ll aways take a so-so episode with good social intentions over a so-so one with no social messaging at all” I disagree on this, especially when it’s as ham-fisted as Supergirl’s attempts have been. Obviously superhero shows can be a force for good, but Supergirl is so often unsubtle and poorly done, it’d be better…
I’m glad it’s putting more follow through into its commentary on convict rehabilitation & recidivism than the lone episode on environmentalism.
I did like the episode but I don’t get why they are acting Like Mitch was a victim of circumstances when he was doing the whole kidnapping thing in the first place and while had no house he had spaceship so again Mitch isn’t a victim of any system he’s an asshole who was kidnapping people and taking them to a zoo for…
CrossFit Tinkerbell? Isn’t that what Talbot called Dove Cameron’s character on Agent of SHIELD?
