This episode would have been yet another perfect time for Kara to unmask to to Lena AND THEY STILL DIDN’T DO IT. It’s just comedy at this point.

Considering how unshowy The Ghost is it makes sense that she would would go down very quietly. Of course her interrogation could go very differently.
