Cows eat grass, so isn’t all leather vegan?
Fun fact: Vegan Bentley still powered by incinerating billions of liquified corpses of tiny innocent sea creatures.
We had a couple of Rangers when I worked at a welding supply house. I’d use them as delivery vehicles for small deliveries. One time I was having to pick up some bad mid wire, but didn’t realize they were DRUMS of mig wire. They set it on the bed and the stock mudflaps were halfway on the ground. They looked at me and…
It’s weird. So it is good.
It’s not bolted in, though the friction of the whole thing seems to hold everything in place. If I get into a crash that’s strong enough to dislodge everything, I imagine I’ll have a tree smashed through my face anyway. My crumple zone is a spare tire.
Perhaps the early 90's Rangers were quicker but I have recently driven a 2000's era Ranger 4cyl + 5spd and it was quite possibility the slowest vehicle I have ever driven. Even slower with the A/C on and I came from 90's era’s subarus
Are you me? I had a ‘93 in ‘96 in the same configuration,; regular cab, 4cylinder, and manual trans. I bought from my grandfather at a very friendly price in basically new condition (he used it sparingly). I also jumped mine regularly, did things in the tiny regular cab that adults would disapprove of, and it never…
I once had nearly 8000lbs in the bed of a Ranger. When I say in the bed, I mean on the bed, a flat-bed made out of 3/8" thick steel plate because my old boss is a idiot. It was, perhaps, a bit ill advised, but suspension can really only sag so far, I sure as hell wasn’t going to overload my personal truck to move…
The Ranger is a great truck., and these are all solid reasons!
Lol well played.
..where I come from this is the point where the mugger gives you your money back , then gives you some extra change saying “Jesus man you need this more than I do.”
Mine was a Corolla! In my case I grew up in Richardson, just down LBJ from you guys..
Pshaw. Look what Ford did 60 years ago...........in 1957, 1958 and 1959.
I don’t think I have the funds to buy that many cars.
^ this! 100% this!
To bad her story wasn’t selected
What’s really annoying is the lack of variety. My local Audi and Jeep dealership have 15 of the same cars with the same features/packages. Only stocking configurations that sell quickly and I don’t want to order a car.
Here’s a list of things 45 year old me does or knows that 15 year old me didn’t...
Owning a Ferrari seems to be more about prestige than really being a car enthusiast.
