You know, I've kinda been rooting for GM through all this. I'd hoped that they would pull through, and re-emerge as a new, leaner, successful company.

@Goingincirclez: Dammit, all my photos are on Faceborg, so I can't hotlink to them here, or I'd return fire with photos of my '64 Rambler Classic.
@Nick Smerker: I genuinely love that car. I wish they'd build it. It would seriously tempt me for my next car.
@Goingincirclez: Alright, I'll put the pitchfork down, but I'm keeping the tar and feathers on standby.
@z0iid: Have you never been here before? Hatred of Toyota is ingrained in our culture. You should have seen the shitstorm I received when I said I liked a Tundra.
@twnboarder: Good for you to stand up to the wind!
@z0iid: I'm closing in fast on three times that, but you're right, even a twelve-year-old can draw a more cohesive design.
@Ben Wojdyla: [Pickuptrucks.com] doesn't like my iPhone. :(
@Goingincirclez: Hey now. No badmouthing AMC. Some of us still have a soft spot for that company.
Saw my first GXP in person today, and all I can say is that it's heaetbreaking that GM cancelled this car. It's everything awesome that GM cars used to be in the 60's.
That's great, and an impressive accomplishment, but who is this for? If it's based on an F150, will it include the cost of an F150 in the pricetag? I could see this easily becoming a $100k pickup, since it doesn't take a lot of aftermarket goodies to get a pickup up to those prices from the manufacturer.
Current Lexus design drives me nuts. It's like nails on a chalkboard to me. Here's why:
Unfortunately, I've seen most of these happen first-hand. And really, the more cars you rent out, the more likely it is that one of these is going to happen to one of your cars. None of them is outside the realm of the believable.
If I wanted to get that cozy with my passengers, I'd ride a motorcycle.
@bmoreDLJ: Absolutely. You should be able to fit two of these in your single-car garage!
@Neener: Give it a few years, I expect America will be a part of Canada. But only if you ask nicely.
When did Ferrari become Fiat's new tuning shop?
Jeebus fuck. What happened to that nifty little feature that condensed the press release down to a nicely digestible size? Please bring that back before the auto show. That was fucking ridiculous. Some of us are logging on with an iPhone, scrolling that will give you carpal tunnel syndrome.
Anyone who tries to tell me this isn't attractive, and then tries to say anything positive about anything anywhere in the Chrysler lineup, will instantly lose all credibility. This is, for my money, the best looking hot hatch on sale in North America.
@flat_tar: Having done a road-trip in an old Jag XJ8 with LUCAS proudly emblazoned on everything under the hood, I can understand why you wouldn't find it funny. That's some scary shit right there. I remember, when it turned dark, and I realized the headlights were doing next to nothing, turning to the driver, and…
