We didn’t do much to get those wins, we just had popular ideas/believe. Now Trump is popular, he is a populist, he is winning because he is the most popular.

So if fossil fuels stay cheap and we destroyed the planet. Totally ok because then the free market would have done more good?

I agree with a good portion of this. We lost and our votes only go so far. Being the popular kid just to win is not an option, though! Helping guide others I’m ok with, but can’t make another person follow. That is for them to decide.
