Sure others have said this, but I took the "Question 121" reveal to mean that her pain was so palpable to the people she was interviewing that none of them could bring themselves to answer "no" in the presence of someone who had lost more than they had. Thus, after Holy Wayne hugs away her pain, her interviewee feels…

I'm imagining an on-camera interview with Dinklage. His phone goes off suddenly, playing the Dan Barham theme. Watching this would make me so happy.

This is so spot on, and honestly the best thing I've read since the finale.  Very surprised that none of the other recaps or reviews I've read have talked about God when it should have been apparent at least since the season 2 finale that it was an important part of the series.
