...lack of maintenance, due to the weird relationship between EV charging companies and the owners of the sites they’re located at.

Seconded. Sue the pants off that company.

JFC, the whole point of a party bus is that you have a designated driver that stays sober.

I looked at the street in StreetView and it seems to me they could just remove a center stripe, allow both side parking, and call it a day. It would look pretty much like every street in my neighbourhood, where most drivers go at a speed reasonable for the conditions.

I think it’s just the free swapping that they’re eliminating. I don’t think they are giving up on the swap entirely.

Yeah, that guy!

I think people know this, but to those who aren’t keen observers I think there’s an impression that Musk and Tesla are so deeply intertwined that what happens to Musk is also happening to Tesla.

Oh, I never heard about his predilection for pre-pubescent girls!

Yokes have been a mainstay in concept cars long before Tesla was a glimmer in Martin Eberhard’s eye.

That’s the thing. If someone is willing to pay MSRP + $20k, why shouldn’t VW or the dealer get that money? I fed that paragraph into ChatGPT and asked it to edit for grammar. Indeed, it fixed “roll” to “role.”

I know a copy editor is too big of an ask, but couldn’t they get a sub to Grammarly?

Here in the Vancouver, BC, area it is definitely Tesla. You can’t go more than a few seconds without seeing one or three of them.

Are we sure this wasn’t Air Canada? That kind of snide treatment of passengers is right up their alley.

My thoughts, exactly! Who tolerates a CEO with so little handle on business planning?
