A/C isn’t a good solution when you’re in and out of the vehicle constantly, or if the door is always open (like they often are on local delivery vans). As noted in another comment, cooling vests would be a better option.

Argh. My point is that most airlines will still charge you extra to pre-select the worst seat on the airplane. 

I get the basic economy thing, but that’s a fare class, not a section of the plane. There are people in the back that paid for a seat assignment, mixed with people that take their chances. If a family of five took their chances that they could have a parent near their three kids, and now someone who paid an extra $25…

He was specifically talking about the free charging with Electrify America and all you needed to do was plug the car in with no payment input needed.

Based on what I see at my local Supercharger (12 stalls), there are a lot of Tesla owners that don’t have charging at home. For the most part it isn’t road-trippers I see stopping there at 9pm, it’s locals.
