Yes, if there’s anything us QT fanboys hate it’s ... his doing something with NFTs? And there’s some kind of lawsuit? Or something? So alienated!

I think an even stronger case can be made that he invented country-rock.
I remember when this started on tumblr and how even the most cynical jerks were moved to find out it was real. If there’s a story that shows what the internet was supposed to be, at least to old fscks like myself, it’s this one. Bless ‘em.
is that norm macdonalds nephew?
I loved the last one it was bonkers.
I’ve been reading Archie Comics since the 1960s (childhood) and there are a few stories in which Sabrina has indeed cried. You must be referencing the stories published beyond 1985.
Aw good for him. I really like Terminator 3 and thought he was great in it.
Said it before, I’ll say it again. “Rise of Skywalker” isn’t just the worst SW movie of all time by a country mile, but it’s literally one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen.
“It’s a bit inaccurate to say that Blink-182 was “the first band that truly paid off” the promise of Green Day’s initial success and led mainstream punk into the 21st century”
I know his work is kinda polarizing, but I hope he gets a shot at the M. Night Shyamalan career revival. It’s been 12 years since The Box came out and I think it maybe broke even if you take the global box office into account, which was probably not enough to save him from Southland Tales (which I love dearly)…
Well, in Johnny Ramones case it probably went into baseball cards...
The Wraith or gtfo.
Great to see Lillard back as Shaggy. I’ll have to give this a go. The art direction looks great.
Funny enough, Scrappy-Doo actually saved the franchise back in the day. The Scooby-Doo Show (i.e. the one with Scooby-Dum) didn’t do too well and the franchise was about to go dark, but then they introduced Scrappy and kids loved him, which is why the puppy became a mainstay throughout the 80's.
Joel is not a major character in the show - mostly cameo appearances. But this show is excellent.
For a substantial segment of the population, the drawbacks of seeing a movie in the theater outweighed the advantages, pre-pandemic. First of all about 10 years ago I stopped going to any theater at all where I couldn’t reserve seats. Then there’s travel, cost, the random chance that someone sitting near me is some…
Gene’s an asshole but he’s not stupid.
Is Tarantino the new randomly selected for no obvious reason AV Club punching bag? Because a lot of energy seems to have been invested in manufacturing controversies around the guy.
Not really. If she didn’t support him, why should he support her?
I wonder if Amazon’s deal to stream the series is related to June 30 being the last day Shout Factory could make and sell its DVD and Blu-ray sets of it.
