I’m from the UK so it makes it a bit easier. But I basically refuse to own anything that isn’t a wagon, an engine smaller than 3.0 and a manual gearbox.

There’s probably that much traffic, only because a dickhead in a Lambo is blocking the road showing off.
Seems a bit of a strange business decision to be honest. I guess (most of) the people who buy the GC and 1 series aren’t bothered about RWD, but the Coupe drivers are. Shame, because I’m a hatchback/estate driver who only really cares about RWD.
I really hope so, mind not that it really matters for me, I can’t justify buying a brand new coupe anyways. Doubt my next car will be a 1 series hatchback now it’s FWD, but I doubt BMW will shed many tears losing the RWD enthusiasts. Shame.
I’m not convinced it will be though with this news. I mean I hope it is, but it’d have to be based off the 3 series or Z4 for it to work and I’m not sure how you can compress that into a 2 series size.
I think they also make Lawn Mowers in the UK, but that’s about it.
I was there at Retro Rides, it’s a pretty cool event with older cars going up the hill. That Subaru was one of the more mad cars there, there’s been more bad stuff in the past, like Liam Doran’s Ford RS200 which he binned last year.
DTM/Super GT and Le Mans prototypes do the same thing, no need for 2, and that must be more aerodynamically efficient I guess.
It’s less than a mile, but it’s one of the oldest motorsport courses in the world. Sorry it doesn’t meet your high standards.
To be fair this car was built for Time Attack on proper race tracks where the aero is more useful.
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, good one.
So Jaguar can see that EVs need a bespoke platform, but Mercedes-Benz can’t? Weird.
Yeah, take it to a DVSA centre where they check it over to make sure it won’t kill everyone within a 10 mile radius, and there’s a numberplate.
Yeah, you’re probably right, I’m not used to having 2 door cars, specifically stay away from them because they’re annoying to get out of with their huge doors.
Bit like the person who stuck “V8" in cheap chrome badges on the side of his E90 M3 that I seen the other day. The only people who they are trying to impress by doing this stuff aren’t generally fools, so I don’t know why they bother.
Yeah same, when I am close to someone elses door, I have the ability to just put my hand between my door and the other vehicle to stop any metal to metal contact.
To be fair that happened to me, brake pads disintegrated and left metal flake all over my wheels, which has now went rusty. Replaced the brakes almost straight away, but can I fuck get out the rust on my wheels.
So is this the new BMW Supra? I’m getting confused now at what’s what.
Bourdais won the CART championship didn’t he not? Basically IndyCar titles, I would consider them big boy titles.
Different car, the CLR was the one that flipped, that was suppose to be a full on LMP car rather than this “GT1" CLK-GTR.
