So, would you rather have a car that is ... maybe a different color, for about 700 less, because you haggled, or just the way you want it? Or maybe the one you're talking about in stock has heated seats, but with the deal you can get, it would cost the same, and you could have it today. To some people, the extra money

When they went from 2012 to 2013 they took 3 inches out of the rear legroom. The seating space, features, price, warranty, performance, nothing is truly competitive. It doesn't even look as good as a Mazda 6, Fusion, Optima, or Accord.

Depends on the manufacturer, but you can, and it usually involves a wait of 1.5 to up to 6 months, and the price is less negotiable. It's generally easier for all parties to buy an in-stock unit.

I'm a car salesman, and people put way too much value on the price they see in a list online. Probably over half of my customers have seen the car online at some point, and I bet you that site also had price comparison (before discount, rebates, etc). Now, those sites don't tell you thinks like the fact that a Fiesta

Oh god I love that dash. Time to retro it into something about $200,000 less

I really hate the dual-dash in newer Civics. I don't know why.

Aston, all day, as long as we are on the internet and not writing out a check.

I do really like the idea of stripped muscle cars, and they have a ton going for them, but it's going to take a while for me to feel they are up to quality standards.

Yeah, I have my stock rims and all-season tires on right now. I drive from Lancaster County to York County (rural to rural) PA every day, so I feel your unplowed pain.

ST is the most tail-happy FWD ever, but obviously it's not going to be the best in the snow, mostly because of the tires. The Eagle F1s really hate cold. Sold one on Saturday, took a good 15 minutes for the tires to start acting right. Was a miserable car to drive up until that point. Haven't driven it on

Wranglers: Cool as hell? Yes. Capable as hell? Yes. Good looking? Yes. Unique? Yes.

You're going to laugh, but that Tigershark engine is derived from the same engine as my 2.4L ThetaII in my Forte. The future is now.

Depends on the model of Talon/Eclipse. Some had 4G63s, some had Chry-powered 420As.

I agree, Chry has a lot of things going right, design being chief among them. Ford sent us a factory rep last month just to help us cross-shop uConnect. MyFordTouch, in it's third year, is finally usable. uConnect is great out of the box.

I get the RWD guys, though.

I still don't understand what people's fascination with AWD is. I cross shop FWD 250HP STs versus WRXs (and win) all the time.

AWD would make the car too heavy IMO, at least with the current power figures, even going up to 250ish.

I still can't really get behind Chrysler products. Years of seeing poor quality has ruined it for me. I am not going to blame them for the reliability issues in my Chry-powered Talon, as I had it modified to hell, even though stock ones were found to be unreliable.

Oh god, do want! How could you say no to this?

I was on a test drive not that long ago, saw one just driving around, and me and my customer proceeded to follow him for a few miles giggling about the car like a bunch of teenage girls.
