These comments make me sad. Let her live. She’s not trying to shove her lifestyle down her throat. I’ve been skinny, and I’ve been fat. Both times, it was nobody’s business but my own... and that is body positivity.

So, everyone in these comments seems to be talking about the ban but no one seems to be talking about why, specifically, this episode of the Boondocks was banned. Doesn’t seem like the episode has been seen by these people decrying that it has been pulled from streaming....

An ad for Yoohoo as a necessary consolation for success and selling out to get white money reminds me a little of the Common-selling-Microsoft schtick. The Yoohoo ad still sounded pretty good! Just like Common’s voice makes me want to buy whatever he’s selling.

It stresses me out a little bit that we haven’t heard from Van... especially since Earn just wasted $4000...

But they did this already - when Ian recorded a preacher engaging in sexual acts with an underage girl (and swapped out the girl for a boy) - to expose the hipocracy of those that preach against homosexuality while preaching god’s love. It felt like a distraction - a useless one at that.

Shameless has lost its charm. If the A.V. Club is going to cover a show on Showtime about the difficulties experienced by low-income people in very cold cities, why can’t it be the innovative and compelling SMILF? This week, the show addressed familial sexual abuse in a homage to Woody Allen. Brilliant. Shameless,
