I read this yesterday and I gotta say I don’t have any new sympathy for them.

Elon is Jennifer Coolidge’s character in Best in Show in that scene when everyone else in the room is arguing with each other and she yells, “WHAT ABOUT ME?!”
Oh that’s a whole other overrated can of worms that makes me unpopular in the comments sections.
There’s a Y in my household. It’s fine but it doesn’t feel like it’s $60k fine.
Don’t forget zip ties and cardboard.
Automatice windshield wipers. I pretty much always have to override them because they won’t turn on or turn off when I think they should.
I used to bartend at what most considered a dive bar in a rich neighborhood. The owner kept prices high because rich people think they are getting something special when they pay too much for it.

Inadequate testing. Ford has a habit of rushing things to market.
Elon: “Yeah, but we were first!”
The Hummer EV can handle water up to 26" so I would imagine the Silverado is no different.
When they were first teasing the C8 Corvette they kept saying “it’s going to start around $60k.” It started at $59,995. If I had to bet I’d say it’s going to start at $29,995 and that’s going to be a BIG deal.
I bet they are aiming for a $29,995-$42,000 range if AWD is an option. Remember they said the Corvette was going to start at around $60k and that translated into $59,995.
I think most of the new EVs from GM are going to be on base 20" with optional 22" wheels. Remember the Bolts EV/EUV are both on the old platform.
I like it. I think it looks great in both trims. I’m now really curious to see the Blazer EV.
So in three years they are going to be selling a refreshed Chinese market 2022 Chevrolet Menlo.
