It’s 1.6 inches shorter than an XT6 but the wheelbase is 9 inches longer.

My rental for my Easter weekend visit to mom was a 2021 Jeep Compass and I’m hard-pressed to understand why anyone would want one. 

I think it looks great. Definitely like the shorter wheelbase SUV over the truck.

I have a special place in my heart for this one. I had a 1979 924 when I was in high school in 1985. My then 6 year old car came with dash cracks and split seats already. It was underpowered but still a lot of fun to drive. I’d love to have another. That said, for $3k I bet you could find one with less body issues…

I don’t eat in the car. Road trips are, however, the only time I eat McDonalds unless I’m far enough south for In-N-Out.

I signed up for the state’s waiting list last Thursday and they emailed me with available appointments on Monday. My first shot is scheduled for next Thursday and my second shot is scheduled for the 29th. Other than having to wait for what seemed like forever to be eligible it was a smooth process.
