Please forgive my rant.
You might see improvement in people who are already showing signs of physical problems but otherwise this is more a preventative not really geared for improvement.
There have been a few articles floating around that say that even if you eat well and exercise that long periods of sitting are not good for you. You should still get up and move about for a couple minutes even if it is just pacing in your space.
Good stuff - I printed the schedule and will post it in my office as a reminder to move around - it's amazing how those 30 min. chunks fly by each day.
Good in concept, but would love to see the before and after of someone who's actually done this consistently for a month.
