I think that sodium is good for generating electrolytes without all the sugar of a gatorade etc. I know its the same stuff you're supposed to take supplements of when you do a no carb diet like Keto.

The early show used to be Stu as the host basically just interviewing Dan on his thoughts on different sports topics. Dan's alot like Howard Stern in that he's a natural on his show but apart from that you would never describe his personality as gregarious or entertaining.

Best thing about Stugotz, and maybe you know this already, is that he actually used to run the radio station they broadcast out of, which itself was a shitshow of only miami proportions, the owner is I believe still in prison.

The Stugotz character is endlessly fascinating to me as its a blend of his real personality and Dan's prodding him into behaving like the character he's created. I think theyve created something that works as a pure joke factory but still is grounded in an actual person a la Larry David
