That is the most disturbing, yet hilarious 3 second clip I've seen in weeks.

Ummm, No.

OK, but the difference, to me, isn't that much. Your tax dollars go to a government, either state or federal, who then distributes them to an agency that uses that tax money for various purposes, either R & D, education or other uses. To paraphrase "Papa Bear", money comes, money goes out, you can't explain that.

You bet your sweet ass they do. Every state has universities, and I can't think of one that doesn't have state funded higher education (ie. The Ohio State University, etc.). These colleges & universities are hip deep into R & D. Also, many states have departments which encourage R & D work within private companies to

You too? Mine was for a small grocery store, and when I was done delivering to the little old ladies in the area, it was GO TIME!

I completed a car control clinic back in the late 1990's, a wedding gift from my wife, at Mid-Ohio. That was a ball to do, as they taught you about braking, skid control, and defensive driving techniques. We used Honda Civics, and just beat the crap out of them. I went a few years later with my brother, who brought

It was a cargo plane, not a passenger plane. All six people were from Michigan. You can read a short article I referenced in another post here.

Here is the Detroit Free Press Article regarding this crash. All six people in the plane were from Michigan, as the cargo company that operated the plane was recently based out of Ypsilanti.

This..

Why has it taken automakers almost 30 years to figure this out. First, plenty of cup holders and removable seats. Then, entertainment systems with VCR/DVD & game players. Next, up came small coolers and stowable seats. Now, built in vacuums. What next? Soda dispensers? Beer taps? Gas Grills? The mind boggles at the

It would have been better if they would have made an "Adult" themed cartoon about a stripper with a heart of gold, tooling around in a mid 80's 'Vette, solving crimes and befriending the locals with her girl next door charm, stunning good looks, dancing ability and awesome driving skills.

I've always felt the SSR would have been a better truck if Chevy would have ditched the convertible top and tweaked the styling just a bit to make it more functional as a pick-up. It would have been a stylish alternative to the Colorado/S-10. A standard V-6/I-5 and an optional SBC would have widened its appeal, and

Insert "British" for the Romans, and your close.

Those are some awesome headlights. Wish she'd turn around though.

Yep, I was looking on YouTube about replacing the struts on my Dodge Caravan. With the quick strut assembly, it appears to be a really straight forward job. Why any DIY'er would fuck around with spring compressors, when it's simplier and probably cheaper to buy the whole unit and replace everything, is beyond me.

I'd choose the Buick, as the lines are cleaner, it looks better and isn't trying to be something the Caddy is most assuredly not. I'm getting old too, as I've had a predilection for Buicks over the past few years.

I had an '03 Protege Sedan. Now a '06 Focus ZX-3. I miss my Mazda damn near every day. I hate, with growing passion, my POS Ford. With half the milage, it doesn't stop, turn or behave nearly as well as my Protege did when I got rid of it. But it was rusting away, at the windshield header of all places, leaking into

You provide the cars, and I'd be in it to win it. Of course, I'd have to learn how to play Rugby. But at least I can wear one of those cool shirts.

Oh, I get the physics and everything, I'm just saying that smaller ones would go unnoticed, and the larger ones, well, you get to see them about 2 seconds before they flatten everything within 200+ miles. Like that meteorite/comet that hit Tunguska, Russia in the early 1900's. If anyone had been near enough to see it,
